Will it work on my Mac? ▾
RecoverHelper currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. macOS and Linux are not on the roadmap at this time.
Can I get a refund? ▾
Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window through Lemon Squeezy, our payments provider. See the Refund Policy page for the full terms.
Will recovery cause more data loss? ▾
No. RecoverHelper opens the source disk read-only. All recovered files are written to a destination of your choice — never to the source disk.
Does the license expire? ▾
No. A Pro license is permanent, includes lifetime updates, and activates on one PC. If you replace your PC, contact us and we will help you transfer.
Do you store any of my recovered files? ▾
No. Recovery happens entirely on your computer. RecoverHelper does not upload your files anywhere.
What payment methods do you accept? ▾
Major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — handled by Lemon Squeezy. VAT/GST is calculated automatically based on your billing country.
